Am I eligible to get admission on any IIMs? I got 76% in 10th, 87% in 12th, 70% in B.Com and 85 percentile in CAT.

With the above mentioned qualification, you are not eligible for admission to any IIM's. For admission you need to clear first the WAT/PI round and to get shortlist for that you need to have at least 99.5% plus score to get shortlist call from every IIM's.
