Am I eligible to get admission or not? I have scored 75 percentile in CET.

Yes you are eligible for PGDM but for MMS your score is very less because last year cutoff was 6.5 lpa and last date for Sale and Submission of form - 25th April 2016 fill it tomorrow so that you can sit for GDPI process for selection. Last year cut-off for MMS was 97%ile. -
You are eligible to apply to the college through cap rounds , but your CET score is too low to secure a seat. You should try giving CET again and score better
