Am I eligible to get an education loan to do an animation course by MAAC. I haven't scored well in 10th & 12th.

I have got 65.8% in 10th, 59.8% in 12th, 67.8% in B.Tech and belong to SC category. What's the eligibility criteria for educational loan? Which is the most popular & convenient option for the same?
