Am I eligible to get any college through JoSSA for electrical or CSE or like GFTIs or IIITs?
I've got 88.059 percentile in JEE Mains and 81% in CBSE along with 11000 rank in COMEDK.

No, it is really hard to get any good NITS with good branch.

Tell me your rank in JEE Mains and also your home state.

You can get Electrical in Tezpur University, Assam University, JKIAPT Allahabad. You can also drop this year for better rank for next time.
