You are eligible to apply. Admission process for BKSBM is conducted by ACPC every year. So, be updated with ACPC website. But according to me your chances of getting admission are less if you belong from general category.

There are other parameters like your domicile and caste certificate plays important role in your eligibility. MAT is not required. Visit ACPC website MBA section for admission procedure and guidelines. Process starts in April but visit daily for updates.
