Am I eligible to get into this college for PGDM or MMS with 96.3 percentile in CMAT? How is its placement for HR course?

You are definitely eligible for PGDM. But the cut-off for MMS is usually high for CMAT about 99 percentile. The average for overall placement is Rs 6.7 lakhs whereas the lowest is Rs 4.5 lakhs for all specializations.

You're eligible to apply for both, I would suggest you to secure a seat in PGDM and then try to get into MMS via DTE CAP rounds. The placements for HR are good. Average package: Rs 6-6.5 lakhs per annum and highest package: Rs 9 lakhs per annum.

Congratulations. Yes, you are eligible for SIESCOMS in PGDM since you have very good score. For PGDM, you have to clear 2 rounds i.e. personal interview and group discussion and for MMS programme, you have to appear for CET. HR has a relatively small batch, keeping in mind the placements.
