Yes, you are eligible to take the admission in IEM college no problem but you should attend GD/PI (GROUP DISCUSSION/PERSONAL INTERVIEW) this is the criteria to take admission in IEM college.

You can give other entrance exams (CET, CMAT, MAT and ATMA) and try to score more and you'd be able to apply to colleges. Don't lose hope
