Last year, the eligibility to get into this college was 50 percentile in CAT exam. For this time, I don't have the exact idea, so you can check the website for the eligibility criteria.

In Army category, the wards of army personals are only considered not the wards of Navy and Air force personal. The rest comes under general category and regarding your percentile till the date college has not set its cutoff but the last year cutoff for Army was 55 and General 70 percentile. So, maybe, you can apply.
