Am I eligible to get into this college with 43 percentile in CAT? I belong to NC OBC category and am an arts graduate.

No, you are not eligible for this college. Next time, do hard work for CAT. Best of luck for your future.

Dear Bishal, You can register for GD/PI on January 14 at JIMS kalkaji. Depending upon your performance in GD and PI and your graduation percentage, you may be offered admission . The further improvement of score can always be attempted thru other nation wide entrance exams like MAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc.
