You haven't specified which college but the question has a tag of LPU, so I would appraise about LPU only.
The eligibility criteria at LPU is pass with 50% in 10+2 with English. You would like to pursue BBA for successful career !
And I'll just give a gist of how successful LPU's B.A. Grads are:
    De Shaw : 18 LPA
    Trident : 15 LPA
Federal Bank : 10 LPA and many may more !
    The choice is yours.

Not sure which college you are asking about and for which course. If you are looking at applying for an MBA degree then usually you would be required to clear competitive exams CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT etc. With a good percentile (depends on the university/institutes minimum eligibility) and also clear the GD/PI as per the admission process at the given institute. For IILM University, here are the details: https://iilm.edu.in/course/mba/.
