Apart from marks percentage, there are many other factors that depend on whether you are eligible for the scholarship or not. The scholarships in Singapore are offered by various organizations such as government agencies, public and private entities, non-profit organizations, and educational institutes as well and each one of them has many requirements to be fulfilled to grab the scholarship. If you want to go for higher studies, you have to take GRE, GMAT, etc., and if you want to go for a graduate level program, you have to give certain entrance exams. Alone, 85% won't help you.
