Dear Ankit for PO minimum qualification is Graduation in any stream, for cleark exam you are eligible but only after when you complete 18 years.

Hi, No you cannot go ahead with the Bank Clerical Cadre post. Since you are 17. The eligibility criteria is- Pass in class XII with minimum 60% in aggregate Age Limit is between 18-28 years I would advice you to pick graduation in a relevant discipline and then apply for Bank Probationary Officer
