Am I eligible to give engineering entrance exams like JEE Mains and IIT JEE? I scored 73 in physics, 80 in chemistry and 88 in maths.

Yes, you can attend exams like above you mentioned but it is compulsory to get 75% in your 12th board and 65% if ST/SC candidate. -
Yes, you can give JEE and the mandatory thing is that you need to qualify in your 12th.
