Am I eligible to go abroad for M.Phil. in statistics?
I got 52% in BSc statistics and 60% in MSc statistics.

Hi
For master's abroad you have to clear GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS and their scores matter. Bachelor's with 60% is good. If you wish to pursue something in india go for ISS Indian Statistical services. Check here for more details.
