Am I eligible to go to Canada for further studies? A few consultants have told me that I am not eligible as I have 23 backlogs.
Also, I have 3-years of work experience.

Hi Hardik,
23 is a big number, different universities have different requirements. If your overall profile and final grades are good then you may be considered. You can apply but your admission chances will only depend on your overall profile.
