Am I eligible to join 3 years degree course in LLB at Karnataka Law University?

I completed 3 years degree course under Tamil Nadu Open University in 2009-12. Afterwards, I did 1 year second year foundation course from Annamalai University in 2014.

    LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    Eligibility and Admission Procedure
    Admissions to first year of the 3 year LL.B. course, in all colleges under the jurisdiction of Karnataka State Law University, is strictly based on merit, based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.
    To be eligible for admission in the 3 year LL.B. course, the candidate should:
    Have graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent national institution recognised as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognised as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an author
