    No, you can't get lateral entry into BCA. BCA is a 3 year under graduation degree course. If you want to pursue this course then you will have to pursue it by taking admission into the first year just like everyone else. Lateral entry is not possible in BCA course.

    It is not possible to secure admission in second year of BCA directly. Normally, there is no lateral entry for this course. You need to apply for the first year of the course. Most of the institutes intake candidates based on the merit. You can visit the website of the institute to know the admission procedure.
