Am I eligible to join engineering college through DCET? I have studies 5th to 10th in Hyderabad.
Now I am in Diploma computer science 6th semester. That's the only way I can afford my studies in an engineering college. I scored 89% in my 5th semester. Please suggest any other means.

Yes, you are eligible for it. If you are very much interested in DCET, just go through that and you can continue your studies in that particular college.
