Am I eligible to join IIT after completion of Diploma course in EEE? I have completed my first year with 90%.
In the 1st semester, I have got 900 marks in EEE.

Yes, you are eligible to join IIT but for that, you have to appear for B.Tech lateral entry exam and in that, you have to do really good to get an IIT.
