Yes surely you can apply for the interview through online for January 2017 batch, visit alliance.edu.in and apply for a date of interview and on that day if you are through the screening you will get admission. The minimum marks required for CAT exam to get admission with Alliance is 70 percentile.

Yes, you are eligible as last year cutoff was around 70 percentile, but the admissions are closed and the classes has been started from last week. However, still you can get admission by talking to admission office.
