Am i eligible to migrate in 2nd year in Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar?
I am doing B.tech 1st year at Punjabi university Patiala where results are declared very late . i am in first sem now and in my second sem result will be declared in October.Classes in Guru Nanak Dev university starts in August.

Migration is not possible in this case. -
You will have to forego your admission in Punjabi University and seek re admission in Guru Nanak Dev University. Migration across universities is not permitted in India. Otherwise everybody would be taking admission in some college and migrating to IIT or NIT Is it?
