Am I eligible to opt KAS exam as I don't have any backlogs in previous semesters? I am doing BBA in commerce (final year 5th semester).

Yes, you can.
Eligibility for KAS.
AGE LIMIT :
Every candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and not attained the age of 35 years as on the last date specified for receipt of the application or on such other date as may be specified by the Government.
Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5
