Yes, you are eligible for the other 2nd attempt. So, do well and score the best.

Hi, Yes, you'll be able to take JEE Mains, but then you'll have only one attempt. After that, you'll have to show a certificate of year lapse in whichever college you take admission.

JEE Mains gives you three chances and JEE advance gives you two chances.
