Am I eligible to pursue a UG course in foreign language from Delhi University after completing class 12th with 58%?

Yes, you are eligible but for that, there will an entrance exam and after that, you have to face the interview. -
As we know that DU cut-off is very high and your percentage is not very good so chances are less, but if you go for the entrance and clear it then you may get admission.
