Am I eligible to pursue B.Ed from Directorate of Distance Education as I don't have 45% in degree course?

Eligibilty: General : 45% SC, ST & OBC : 40% in graduation.
As you don't fulfill the criteria, you can't apply.

Eligibility criteria to seek admission in BEd in Jammu University is that candidates must have passed minimum three years Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% marks (for General Category) and 45% marks (for Reserved Category). You are not eligible to seek admission in BEd at University of Jammu.
