Dear Abhishek, It won't be possible for aany university/college to give you admission in any UG programme. I suggest you try for Diploma programs whose eligibility is 10th! Or maybe try for 12th again. The diplomas are being curated by LPU in various streams. I suggest you visit their website and SEE if you are eligible for any. DVD.

If you have failed in 12th exam, you cannot pursue any other course. Every course requires 55% aggregate marks in 12th. First, clear the 12th boards exam and then appear for the entrance test of B.Sc.

Every institute takes the student who are passed in their last qualification.
