Am I eligible to pursue B.Tech in mechanical engineering after completing Diploma in metallurgical engineering?

Being LPU alumni, I would share the eligibility of the course. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For B.Tech in mechanical engineering, the eligibility requirement is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. And for a lateral entry programme the requirement is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) (3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non Medical) or B.Sc.
