Hello Divakar, You have completed your Diploma after class 10th. On the other hand, the eligibility for this Diploma course is 10+2 level. So, apparently you are ineligible. However, my advise to you is "where there is will, there is a way". Remember this proverb. Diploma in many states is considered as equivalent to class 12th. Try to dig data and approach the head of the institute from where you did Diploma to give you an equivalent certificate. Once you obtain this, you become eligible. Do not lose hope, fight for your aim.
