Am I eligible to pursue journalism degree after completing my Diploma in ENTC?

I am not sure about the course that is Diploma in E & TC. But to do a Degree in Journalism and Mass Comm you can be 12th Pass in any stream. A Diploma, if equal to 12th can be the base of taking admission in BJMC-Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication as well.
