Dear aspirant, Offcourse you are eligible. To be eligible for admission in the LL.B. -3 Year degree programme, the candidate should:
Have passed Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognised College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for general category and

Yes, you can apply for LLB programme after distance learning graduation degree but that degree should be from a recognised and valid university. Also, you need to meet the eligibility criteria for the LLB programme.
