Am I eligible to pursue Masters from USA this year? I have a backlog in my 4-1 semester and I am going to appear for it in November.

Hi Taruntej, you must submit the applications atleast a year ahead. There is no possibility this year. You can submit your application if deadlines are open however your results won't be out anytime soon. Proactively visit university websites having extended deadlines say Feb to May, see if you can manage . Focus on clearing your backlogs, take the GRE and TOEFL now.
