Am I eligible to pursue Masters in electrical and computer from Canada after completing BE in electronics and telecommunications?
My scores are good and I am in my 3rd year and I am going to appear for IELTS. Can I get a scholarship as well?

Yes you can apply. Make sure to apply before the funding deadlines of the Universities.
