Am I eligible to pursue MBA? I am a graduate from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj University with 55% and belongs to SC category.

Since you are from SC category if you take CAT, MAT, CMAT or XAT entrance exam, you can easily get through and get selected in best MBA colleges. After getting the score, we can prefer which college is best based on that.
