Am I eligible to pursue ME in civil engineering?
I have completed my BE in civil engineering in Ahmedabad from Gujarat Technological University. Am I eligible for ME in civil with specialization in structural engineering at BITS?

Fortunately, the issue of domicile has not raised it's ugly head in PG courses in engineering. Yes, you can seek admission in BITS, based on your BE from Gujrat. Of course you have to follow the procedure required at BITS.
