Am I eligible to pursue mechanical engineering? I have passed class 12th with science stream and scored 55% marks & PCM - 146 marks.

Scored CET - 63 marks.

Why not you will get admission in engineering college for the mechanical branch, there are many colleges in India they can't fill their full seats for engineering so you probably see the cutoffs of different colleges and as per this cutoff and the college status you can fill the form and continue.

Yes, of course, you can pursue mechanical engineering. You need to have PCM for open - 150, SC -120 OBC-135. Try for good college.
