Am I eligible to pursue MS from Australia?
I have got 89% in SSC, 90% in inter, 70% in B.Tech, but I have got only 45 marks in PTE exam.

Ideally you are. You must confirm the PTE requirements by visiting the university websites. Since admission requirements differ it is necessary that you check the university sites for details.
