Am I eligible to pursue MS in automobile from Germany after completing B.Tech mechanical with 59% marks?

I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks. It is a university requirement. I would suggest you to kindly check with

Your marks are not sufficient for german universities. you must score more than 70 %

59% for Germany is way too low. They admit students having grades as high as 90%. A minimum of atleast 75% is acceptable. Please try for other countries.
