Am I eligible to pursue MS in automobile from Germany after completing B.Voc in automotive technology?

Entry requirements are different for every university. So, it is advisable that you check with the universities directly. Since, German universities are so selective, you need to be highly academic with strong research skills.

Yes you are eligible but you have to qualify the IELTS exam to do MS in automobile engineering.
