Am I eligible to pursue MS in IT/CS with 57% in BE IT and 3 years of work experience?

Hi, I and my friend have completed B.E in Information Technology, 2007 passout, our percentage is 57% and has 8 arrears, and now we have 3 years of experience in IT field. We are keen to do Master in Information Technology/Computer Science (2 years full-time) and start our post graduation from 2011

You can ask him to pursue MBA as apart form domain knowledge he will also be having general management qualification. IT field suffers turbulation with world economy.
