What if I score 80% in Bachelor will I be eligible to pursue master of business administration from abroad or not?

Yes you will be eligible to do MBA from foreign universities. I seriously don't know about the top B-school outside India will give you a seat or not, but definitely the lower grade colleges will welcome you to study in there institution.
