Am I eligible to study abroad? I have scored 73% in 10th, 59% in 12th, overall 6 band score in IELTS (L: 6.5, R: 5, W: 6 S: 6)?

Hi,
Yes, eligible but top ranked universities won't be considering you if you don't have a strong overall profile which includes solid extracurricular activities, LORs, SOP, etc. Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, etc. are some places you could see.
