Am I eligible to study Diploma in Electronics Engineering from New Zealand?
I completed my Diploma in computer engineering with 8 backlogs and 68% and have scored 6 in IELTS.

Hi Dean,
You can apply for Bachelors instead of Diploma as visa concerns arise that why you are again apply for Diploma so it's best for you to apply for Bachelors. You can also apply for Australia if your Diploma is completed within the duration.
