Am I eligible to study in Canada or Australia? I have acquired 56% in 10th, 83% in 12th and 75% in B.Com computer applications.
My IELTS score is 7. I have a history of 15 backlogs which I've cleared before completing my Bachelors.

You have a better chance in Australia as Canada seems a tough nut to crack with the history of arrears and a three-year degree from India.
