Am I eligible to study in canada?
My class 12 board - North West Accreditation Commission my 12 percentage- 67% I'll be giving my IELTS exam in December.

Once you get IELTS 6 band and each component 5.5 minimum, then you will be eligible to get admission in Canada. As you have 67%, you will surely get admission.
