Am I eligible to study in colleges like IIM, FMS providing minimum package of 15 lakhs basic salary? What do I need to do to get admission?

My profile: 10th-93%, 12th-91% and B.Com-65%. Basically I'm a CA drop out student.

Yes, you are eligible. Your class X and XII marks are also favorable. Aim for a good CAT score (99.5+) and good GDPI process following that.

You have to give CAT exam first. If you can clear the cutoffs in respective sections and meet the criteria put up by the colleges, you will be called for interviews. If you clear the interviews you will get a seat in a college.
