Am I eligible to take admisison in IIT?

I passed class 10th from CBSE board with 9.8CGPA in 2015, I failed in class 12th board and I passed from NIOS board same session.

Yes, you are eligible as NIOS is also a recognized board. Year of Appearance in class 12thDiploma Degree/Equivalent Exam for JEE 2018. Class 12th or Equivalent Exam Passed out candidates in 2016/2017. Class 12th /Equivalent Exam appearing candidates in 2018. Diploma Holders who have already passed
