In this line, want to suggest you IPS College, Jaipur as it is the top ranked college not only in Jaipur but in Rajasthan too. In the first year of your graduation IPS College besides syllabus provides you with Tally and GST courses which are employability generation courses. The fee structure is highly moderate.     Yes, you are highly eligible to take admission in B.Com as you have scored very good percentage in your senior secondary examination. With such good percentage you should get a well recognised college and I would suggest you go for IPS college of technical education. It is affiliated from University of Rajasthan and is ranked amongst top commerce colleges in India.
