Hope you are doing well. For admission in Medicaps College, you need at least 1 lakh ranking in JEE Mains and with the ranking of 780917, you are not able to get Medicaps, forget about the branch. Try different colleges such as IIST, Chameli Devi Group of Institution. These are also good colleges which you can get with this ranking.
