I have passed 12th with 93% from RBSE. My marks are physics-96, chemistry-99 & maths-96.

Congratulations, but please clarify which course you wish to apply for. There are a variety of courses available with your subjects. The course would depend upon your interests and it will determine your admission criteria. Keep a track on the lists whenever they are announced.
