Am I eligible to write PESSAT, VITEEE, BITSSAT, etc.? If I am eligible, which year will I get admission in 4 year BE?

I'm a studying Diploma in Andhra Pradesh. I wish to do my BE in reputated universities.

    After 12th boards, exams are conducted for the same to apply for these to get admission in 4-year BE.
